| I get this error message every time I try to download an application on to my TI-89 Titanium Calculator. The calculator is brand new and only has data that came pre-stored. My computer still had plenty of memory too. I made sure that the applications were archived and that my connection was secure. So how do I fix this? |

Sounds exactly like the type of error I am getting when I try to download apps from my computer to my calculator.
I just got my response from the tech support site at TI.
Your problem may be what I have run into. The TI connect software does not run properly on Windows XP Professional with the service pack 3. If you have Vista, you will most certainly have problems as well. As of right now TI does not have software that works with these versions of windows.
I'm now in the process of trying to find help elsewhere to see if I can find a way to get around this roadblock. |
