Hey, i am Mr freshman of florida, i am having 2 of questions of MODEL "TI-89" TITANIUM EDITION.
#1.! when I make set "4/5" and enter in approximate mode, I see "8.e-1" In exact mode, i see only "4/5" How do i make calculator display ".8", the TRUE division answer?
#2.! How am I to input simultaneous equation inner to matrix? I understand to make input of coefficient , but what if base is rooted or squared?
Please, hallowed astral sages, make explains! I have urgent PSAT on OCTOBER 20, qualifying me for MIT!!!

Press mode, go to 'Exponential Format', and set that to NORMAL.
I'm sorry, I don't know the second one. (I'm only 14)

| T My calculator was already on normal... I gues I will have to make help the TI-89 support line, but all other help would be appreciated. |

Ok, i made solvings of both, i will post here
1.!change calculator to "FLOAT 9"
2. Square the variables, divide by original, then enter coeficiant in relation to original. Hope make helps! |
