I currently have a problem with my TI 89 Titanium Calculator. When I plug in the calculator, the computer says it is not recognized, and the TI Connect can't find it. I tried the OS Downloader method, but it said it could not establish connection. Can anyone help me?
OS Version 3.00
Hardware Version 4.00
Windows XP SP2
TI Connect 1.6 |

Hi deathemblem1,
What type of cord are you using? I get the best results connecting my calculator with a USB cord, but there are many kinds of cords available. Note that TI-Connect has an option to select how the calculator is plugged in. Make sure you select the correct type of connection.
Hope this helps!
