I was transfering doorsos to my calculator(which i just found out wouldn't work anyway because it is hardware 4 from reading other posts) when the calculator froze. It said busy at the bottom and had a black bar across the top. I tried unplugging the usb cable, but it still didn't respond. As a last effort i removed the batteries, but when i put them back in it wouldn't turn on. I trie all of the resets inlcuding removing the backup battery. Any help would be appreciated.

hmm....removing the silver-oxide backup battery should do it...make sure you wait a few minutes before putting all 5 batteries back in.

or remove 1 battery, hold (-) and ) key as you put the battery back in, wait for 5 second before release the two keys. This will clear the Flash ROM through.

the [)] and [(-)] option should work if you remove the batterie then replace it and don't release on the buttons untill the calc says "instalation in progress"
