My drivers are ok, the ti89 software is installed. I managet to connecte it a few times before i did a ti89 firmware update...
I think the ti89 turned off while the install...
and i also tried to run the microsoft driver.
Here is a pic of the window that shows up :
I REALY need HELP !

I've never seen this error with an 89, but it seems like your hardware is damaged, judging from the Windows error. It could be the cable or the USB drive. Try the cable on another computer and see if it works there.

| I've had this problem as well. I would really like to install some software but I cannot get my computer to connect to my TI89 Titanium, whatsoever. |
