USB Communication Error

I've recently found out that I can get GAMES on my TI89 Titanium Very Happy so I downloaded TI connect and tetris89. The problem is, when I'm trying to send the file to my calculator via a digital camera cable *people told me it works* I get a Transfer Status dialogue box stating USB Communication Error: Cancel (8C08CCCC). Is there something wrong with my calculator, my program, or the cable?

what kinda of cable is it?
standard mini-usb to usb should work
