How to enter indefinite double integral properly?

I got my new ti89 a day ago and was trying out a few equations. I had no problem getting the double int of exp{-x^2-y^3}. But I tried to get a simple int(int( xy,x),y), I got xyyx. By hand, it should be 1/4x^2y^2. What did I enter wrong? I set the mode to Auto.
