does anyone know the largest number that can be displayed exactly on the ti-89? If so, how do you key it in?

Hi kelleyhv,

It appears through some trial and error that about the largest number available in exact mode is about 10^614. In approximate mode, the calculator can use numbers up to 10^999.

What is the goal you are trying to accomplish?
