I have a question about the Exec command

I'm not interested in learning asm right now (college is taking my free learning time away now), but I wanna use asm code in my basic programs to obtain more control. I looked on the web and I can't find the commands for Exec besides power down and reset, I was wondering if anyone has a list of all the worth while commands.
