Try using the "Stats/List Editor" under the "APPS" menu.
You may prefer to work from the home screen. For example,

INPUT:
“ {1,3,4,5} -> list1”
“OneVar list1”
“ShowStat”

You should see the sample mean: x-bar, the sample standard deviation: Sx, Q1 (the 25th percentile), Q2 (the median/50th percentile), and Q3 (the 75th percentile), among others.
