Does anyone have or know of a program that can show "step by step" how to solve for a determinant or adjoint? I heard that such a program exists but I haven't found it.

Hello. Yes, there are programs for Linear Algebra for the TI-89/Titanium. You could do it 2 (but there are more alternative ways, I won't list them) in one (or both) ways:

1) Do a web search on what you want to look for, such as http://www.google.com

2) Go to http://www.ticalc.org for an extensive search on "Linear Algebra". Happy searching!
