I need to make some progams for my TI-89 Titanium, but i wold like do write them on ma PC, is it possible?

Can you plesse advise a TI-89 Titanium Emulator,

write them with TI-Graph Link, save the program with .89p extension.
Then use VTI as emulator(simply drag and drop the *.89p file on the emulated calculator. Then run your program.
