Help installing SAT program

I am a little clueless when it comes to installing this and to be honest the instillation instructions are unclear, incomplete, and for a noob, quite crappy. I have extracted the copytoh89 folder and copied the 2 said files, but then i am unsure as what to do next. I tried just copying everything in that folder like it says and nothing happens because I think I am copying them to the wrong location on the calculator or something like it. I then tried to copy ALL of the ti files in the whole folder and this failed as well.

I got very frustrated and cleared my memory and got even more angry when I realized that it deleted not just the crap I had just unsuccessfully installed but most of the interesting applications that the calculator came with!! Needless to say I am tired, frustrated, and disappointed. Can someone please clear up how to install this so me deleting the other applications wasn't in vain??

Help would be much much much appreciated.
