HELP: Installing OS and Program question.

Alright when i try to install the OS the file is not recognized. i think it ends with .u or something i dont know. but i dont even know if i need that. What i need to do is find a program that will help me calculate Riemann SUms and Use the Trapezoidal rule. Or basically other programs that would be a useful resource to me while taking the AP Calculus AB exam.

Anyone have any suggestions or ideas..or know wat programs i should use and how? i just got this calculator so im really not to familiar with it.
